Do You Have Change For a Dollar?

Officer: "Soldier, do you have change for a dollar?"
 
Soldier: "Sure, buddy."
 
Officer: "That's  no way to address an officer! Now let's  try it again! Soldier, do you have change for a dollar?"
 
Soldier: "No, SIR!"
